Gustav Öhman Spjuth is a director who moves fluently between polished and gritty and every project shows a love for that particular expression. A common theme in his storytelling is his love for characters. His spots are often funny in a subtle way, and the characters makes you smile because they are complex and real.

He directed and wrote the TV series Bankrånet for UR in 2013. The following year, he directed the TV series Mattemorden, SVT/UR, which he also co-wrote with Alexander Gibbons Barth. Since then, he has directed countless commercials, as well as a number of music videos. His work as a commercial director includes clients such as Arla, Microsoft, Clas Ohlson, Resurs Bank and The Swedish Institute.
